Series 3401 protectors consist of a coaxial transmission line which includes a surge arrestor capsule between center and outer conductors. These protectors are designed as coaxial feedthroughs. Bulkhead mounting. The gas capsules are rated by maximum RF power and are purchased separately.The capsules are interchangable without special tools. The protectors are optimised for operation from DC to 1 GHz with N connectors; DC to 300 MHz with UHF connectors.
