Stags' Leap Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 (750 ml)

Stags' Leap Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a sophisticated and elegant wine that showcases the quality of Napa Valley grapes. Crafted with utmost care, the grapes were carefully selected and fermented under close monitoring to ensure optimal maceration and extraction. The 2022 wine aged for 19 months before bottling, with 25% in new French oak barrels and the remainder in neutral French and American oak. This oak treatment preserves the freshness of the fruit.

The wine has a beautiful bright red color and a nose that bursts with fresh red berries, intertwined with floral notes of lavender and violet. There are also hints of black pepper, clove, and caramel, which are indicative of the perfectly integrated oak influence. On the palate, the juicy cassis, blackberry, and red cherry flavors are supported by delicate floral notes, tobacco leaf, and earthy forest floor, which give the wine a layered and rich texture. The firm tannins offer a pleasurable mouthfeel, and the balanced acidity leads to a long and smooth dry finish.

Stags' Leap Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is an incredibly approachable wine that can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a wide range of culinary dishes. Whether you're pairing it with a juicy steak, roasted vegetables, or a flavorful cheese platter, this wine is sure to enhance any dining experience. With its impressive balance, depth, and complexity, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a true gem that will delight wine enthusiasts and novices alike.
